How to transfer games?

Hey! I have an Xbox 360 i've had for a few years and an Xbox One S I've had since it came out. I have a number of games for Xbox 360 like Mirrors Edge, Fallout 3, Far Cry 2, 3 & 4, Destiny and Battlefield 4. Those last 3, FC4, Destiny and BF4 aren't backwards
compatible since I have the Xbox 360 versions - not the Xbox One versions. I used one account for my Xbox 360 before I lost the password and just today decided to use my Xbox One account for my 360. Is there any possible way I can network transfer my games
(I have the discs only) to my Xbox One and play the Xbox One version with only owning the 360 version?

Sorry, but nothing can be transferred between accounts. This includes achievements and game purchases.

It's not a transfer. You need to download them again on the One console, they are separate games.

So for Ghosts and BF4, just find them in the Xbox One Games Store on the console. You must be signed in with the same account that made the purchases on the Xbox 360. The price that will appear is $10 (the full price will have a line through it, I believe,
with the 10 taking its place).

This deal has to be offered by the publishers and is therefore on a game-by-game basis. It is not offered for FIFA 14. In that case, you would need to buy the game for the One at the normal price.

Can I even play the Xbox 360 disc of Far Cry 4 on Xbox One like I do with Far Cry 3?

damn that sucks. Far Cry 3 and 4 are two games I really want to see Ubisoft re-visit and give them the modern mechanics from Far Cry 5 and New Dawn. It's hard to like play Far Cry 3 at all because i've played Far Cry 5 so much and it's so much cleaner
