How to transfer an Xbox profile and all of its contents to another email/Microsoft account

To make a long story short when I started my first (and current) xbox profile I used my mother's email (Hereby known as Email A. Now that I am much older I have thus created my own email (Email B) and I would like to transfer my Xbox profile and accompanying data from Email A to Email B.

What is the best way to do this without potentially losing my 10 years of data and all of my digitally purchased games?

yeah, bad idea, that basically breaks the account completely and you end up losing everything and access to the primary email.

That won't actually transfer anything to the other account though. So while you could do that and access purchases on B, you would lose access if you were to get a new console.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer things from one account to another as your Microsoft account and Xbox profile will be forever linked. So it will be necessary for one of you to create a new account and a new Xbox profile as well.
