How to transfer accounts

As stated by XBF Crystal that feature at this time isnt available but changing alias is.

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand you have a question on transferring account. The option to transfer saved data, achievements and any/or game purchases from another Microsoft Account will not be possible. We currently do not
have an available feature. The one step available is changing
the primary email on the Microsoft account.
Note:If you choose to remove an alias that uses a Microsoft domain such
as @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, or @live.com, that alias will be completely deleted and will not be available to sign in to any Microsoft services.

Hello Jeffrey, unfortunately there is no possibility to transfer games, apps etc from account to another account. Only thing you can do is changing the e-mail adress of the account. =)

Basically you can change the email associated with that old account but would not be able to use your current outlook account to do it you can either create a new outlook account or use another non MS server email account (google, yahoo, ISP) that is not
already a MS account and add it to the old account and then make that email the primary alias and remove your dads old email from the account.

You cannot transfer things from one account to another but you can change the email address associated with the account.

May be a multi-step process to get you to where you want to be but it can be done.
