How to tell if xbox game pass was renwed automatically or made deliberately?

My girlfriends son doesn't like to tell the truth sometimes, and I can't figure out if his xbox pass renewed automatically or if he deliberately made the charge last night? My bank account seems to say absolutely nothing about the transaction and its Saturday
so they are closed. Is there anyway to go on the console and tell if the charge was made deliberately?

Question about GamePass

If you try to start the game it will tell you that you either need to purchase the game or renew game pass. It won't automatically charge you for the game.

 

How to tell if...

It's been my experience that if you purchase a second-hand console, if it's been banned, you'll know as soon as you connect to LIVE. Also, the last update had a system that would catch console modifications. If your console survived the update, and you can
play on live now, I wouldnt worry about it.

 

If you head to https://account.microsoft.com/services/ with the account logged in, you should see the Game pass on there. Clicking manage will let you see the previous charge history. If the game pass
was "purchased" last night, the account normally receives an email about the "purchase" (or subscription added) which would let you know total cost and such as well.

You can also Cancel it If its More than 3 months and get refund

 

Go to http://account.microsoft.com/subscriptions , under xbox game pass you will find "disable auto renew" to dont be charged automatically.

This happend when you buy xbox game pass from Microsoft Store, when it come to the expire date you get charged for the same amount of months that you subscribed last time.

Only on prepaid cards, after redeem will ask you if you want auto renew or not.

The next time you get game pass directly from store, go to the link above and just disable auto renew.
