    How to tell if the xbox live gold card is active?


    I bought a gold card for 6 months, rubbed off the code and entered it for my sons xbox account. I keep getting a message saying I need to add a payment option to his account. WHY? I did that though i still get the error, does this mean this card was never
    activated and is trying to charge a payment option for it?

    My another question is that, How to recognize the xbox live silver card and xbox live gold cards? Is the silver card still available.

    Can i use xbox gift card to buy a gold membership?

    I bought an 12 month Xbox live gold card on 7/03/23, and I only had live for a few days. I checked the order history and it said it expired on 7/13/23 can someone help?

    I purchased the Gold and activated it. I then purchased Ultimate and activated it. I then cancelled the Ultimate not realizing that it would cancel both so now my xbox live card does not work. Please advise me of how to get my xbox live reactivated.
