    Microsoft cannot cancel something from an account that has been deleted, it is necessary that you call your bank and ask them to cancel the charges. It's also possible that other accounts you're using have an active subscription, or someone else may be using your payment information.

    I only got my money back working through my bank. AI is taking over and customer service is non existent in 9ur world. Microsoft have extremely bad service. Work with your bank to get your money back. Just provide them with your 1 time purchase email confirmation as on your console and xbox account you will see the purchase that did go through and Microsoft confirmation of it. Then your bank statement the bank will get money in 2 to 4 weeks.

    Ok this really made me angry. I called my bank service and apparently xbox has taken out £8 out of my bank account the total money ive got on my card. Im only 14 and you know why. MICROSOFT TAKES MONEY WITHOUT LETTING YOU KNOW.
