How to talk to a real human with Xbox

Hey everyone. I’m trying to log back into my Xbox after a year of not playing. Unfortunately, Xbox has deemed my account suspicious. I really just want to play black ops 2 zombies. Xbox is giving me code 80151103. From what I can tell, Xbox does not believe I am the owner of my account. I cannot select email me a code, since the email account I made is for an website that no longer existed (I made the email in 06). I’ve tried resetting the account, but I don’t have enough information. All I want is to talk to a real living person about this problem. I’ve tried requesting it, but I don’t know the information necessary to sign in. This is an Xbox 360 issue.

Here's how you can reach out to Xbox Support.

Xbox Live Chat Support:

> Visit the Xbox Support website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/
> Click on the "Contact Us" button in the right of the screen.
> Select the issue you need help with and click on the "Next" option.
> Sign in to your Microsoft account.
> Follow the prompts to connect to a live chat agent.

For Callback Support:

> Select Xbox One
> Select See more options then subscription changes
> Select Show Contact options
> Select Request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

I was never approved for a refund, only got a confirmation that the case was closed. Does anyone know of a number i can call to talk to a real human?

Use the link https://beta.support.xbox.com/ and select warrantys, you will have the option for a call or chat.

Here we are real people, okay? But since this is related to payment methods, if you need your account looked into, I recommend contacting Support directly about this situation:

The problem choice you choose on the Support link might not give you access to Request a Call or Live Chat, and in this case, try selecting other problems ( even if does not match the issue you are facing ) because what is important here is for you to contact Support. So do this until the contact options appear, okay? Here in the community, we have no access to account/billing information.
