How to take the family code off Xbox 360

I bought a xbox 360 on offer up & was wondering how to take the family code off the system , i dont know the password.

I need to get rid of the parental control on my xbox 360

I have recently purchased an secondhand Xbox 360 new slim. The previous owners have not taken off the parental control. I don't know the code, nor the answer to their security question to change the Family Settings.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of the Family Settings?

Today I bought the new 4gb slim xbox 360 (pre-owned) and family settings are still on. I can't take them off as I don't know the code or answer to the reset question, how can I take it off. And also it wont connect to my internet a way to help either would

in order to reset a family passcode you will need to contact Xbox Support, They will need the serial ID of the console and will do something on their end, after which they will guide you through the steps to reset it on your end.
