How to take a screenshot?

I tried going to snap and clicking Y but nothing happens... Can I send a screenshot to an xbox 360 buddy?

How long will a UAI take?

I called on the 10/13/11 about somebody stealing my account and wasting my MS points and gave me back my account. And then on 10/16/11, my account is suspended, how long should it take? I am really frustrated at this point.

I've been waiting since I reported the same issue on 08/14/2011. It's now 10/28/2011. I keep calling and keep being told "it's being investigated and we have no additional information. We will e-mail you when your account is re-activated".

You could send it via a message to anyone on Xbox Live.

diequick57, why do you believe it isn't doing anything?

It could be that the screenshot has been saved, Go to the UPLOAD app and you should be able to see your screenshots that you have taken, you can share them from there.

 

I am have the same problem too, ill double tap the xbox button while in game and i dont see a option for recording or screenshots i know my xbox is updated.

 

A recent system update seems to have turned off the recording (and therefore screenshots too) on some consoles. Go into the settings app, then look under preferences and make sure that "Allow broadcasts and game capture" is selected. If it's not, then just
select it again. You can't record or take screenshots if that is turned off.

 

Some applications and preview of games in the store have copyright thus can't it be captured in a screenshot #hadthesameproblem

 

I never had a problem, you can't send screenshots to anybody. But you can post it on your activity feed or showcase.
