    How to synch old gamerscore to current profile


    Hi There!

    I recently got an xbox one and set up an online account and xbox live. I have an old xbox 360 profile that was never connected to xbox live or anything similar however, it has some gamerscore. Is it possible to sync that gamerscore to my current account
    on the xbox one?

    Gamerscore on xbox.com and WP7

    After successfully recovering my gamerscore and achievement on xbox 360 (redownloading profile) i have found that this operation don't synch "new" gamerscore on my Windows Phone 7 and on Xbox.com website.

    Anyone know how fix this issue?

    So, a little issue update:

    erasing and redownloading my profile on xbox360 seem to solve achievements and gamerscore issue.

    But, now, gamerscore is out of synch from xbox.com and my windows phone 7.5.

    Sorry for double post, but i need adding new infos trying to solve my issue.

    Actually I have now right gamerscore (65K+ G) on my console, thanks to recovering my profile from xbox live, but no synch on xbox.com and on my Windows Phone 7.

    Wrong gamerscore value (75G) are also viewable from my friends on my xbox live profile in "compare game" or in "friends list".

    please solve this issue or tell me, please, how fix it, i dont want loose any possibilty to unlock new achievements!

    Question about changing email

    To confirm: you're wanting to change the email address (Microsoft Account) associated with your Xbox Live profile?

    In which case, everything remains associated with the Xbox Live profile (purchases, gamerscore, game history, friends, current subscriptions and so on), it's just the underlying MSA (Microsoft Account, the email address) which gets changed.

    However, the funds remain on the old MSA so do not get transferred to your new one, so this will no longer be associated with your Xbox Live profile. The funds should remain accessible on the current/old MSA, but do no transfer across along with the Xbox
    Live profile.
