How to sync 2 Xbox live accounts

I have a offline Xbox account on my 360 witch I can make live if nessary. I need to merge it with my other live account on my One. When I made I didn't realize that I was leaving all my old achievements behind.

Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

I've had a live account for years now but when I set it up I used my gmail email. I also have an local free profile for my wife that I set it up using my Live.com email account. My wife's account doesn't have a Live gold pass so it's just a free local account. Recently I signed up for a xbox Live Music pass about a month ago and I've been enjoying it so far (gmail account)....so to the Issue.
I just got a new Windows phone. All sync'd up and working with my live email account. My music pass though is not showing up for my Live account so I can't sync up my playlist and such. There is also no option to "log in" to your music pass as it uses the account the phone is already setup with which is my Live account.

So how do I switch my music pass to be associated to my Live account? I've been trying for hours to just delete my Wife's free profile account so I can remove my Live email association but I can't figure out how. I do know that I'll have to change my XboxLive account name which is cool with me. But when I try to switch my account over it says My email that I want to use is already in used by a Xbox profile (Yeah, my wifes').

Hi you can sync controller no issues and can assign an account to it. But when we go into any game for a 2 player it does not work. Once you sync a 2nd controller how do you get it to actually work in a game?

Could be a bad sync of your account , to fix that, just delete your account from the console then add it back ( How to > https://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one
)

Then try to play destiny 2.

it should automatically sync with your xbox TheHeroPlays...if not are you sure the 2 accounts are the same?

The only thing I can think of is that it just hasn't synced up with your account correctly. Try signing out and then signing back in to see if that does anything. If it doesn't, try recovering your account -
