    Im sure that i can get more *PERFORMANCE* and and many more stable 60FPS TO ONLINE games[multiplayer] any code or how to run dev mode ?

    Ex: Implaying at 1920x1080p but i coulded put 720p and GET MORE FPS....

    Help me plis your all gentle man, obs:i havent money enought to xbox 1 x or etc....

    if your setup won't natively support certain resolutions it's never a good idea to try and force it.

    found the solution, I dont know much about setting and what not here but when i disabled 4k the issue went away completely and I dont mind it as I found more frames at 1440p is better than stutters on "4k" resolution on games. I noticed it when I read "this setting allows native 4k... even when your console is set on a lower resolution" Im dumb
