    How to Stop The Xbox Headset Turning on The Console


    Whenever I turn on my new headset made by microsoft (xbox brand) it turn the console on automatically. Is there a way to turn this feature off? I tried looking through both settings and the xbox accessories app.

    Unfortunately the only to prevent that would be unplugging your Xbox console from the power source. The headset uses the Microsoft's proprietary wireless connection, which is the same as the Xbox controller and it automatically powers on the console.
