How to stop preview updates

I had signed up my xbox to preview updates before they release and it has my xbox one going nuts. Can anyone tell me how to get off the list and how to get rid of the update

Seriously can someone help me unregister my [Mod Removed] console from the preview beta?

Unregestering will not stop you getting updates until the current preview is finished.

Once the current preview is finished and the update goes public you should then stop receiving more preview updates.

That's how it's supposed to work anyway.

Controllers not connecting

The last preview update caused my wireless controllers to stop connecting to the console.

How do I have this issue fixed?

You can sign out of the program through the beta tab that you downloaded to get in to the program. However, you will continue to be in the program and get the updates until the current build is released.

Well ok if that were the case how was it working 2 hours ago, took 1 hour break or so and then stopped working?
