Again, I am not expressing my views on this, I am looking at it from Microsoft's point of view and trying to explain how they view it based on my best guesses as to their action and inaction.

I've seen many claims of people saying they will send their console back to MS to show them it wasn't tampered with. Microsoft's view is that people doing so is useless since there are people out there with the know how how to circumvent any physical evidence
of tampering.

DICE needs to seriously stop tampering with the weapons and focus on bugs and glitches.
