How to stop my games from downloading on my friends xbox

How was I able to get all of the updates for my xBox software and its games and download Halo: Reach via this internet but Oblivion won't download? I'll try it again from a friend's house to see if their internet helps at all.

I was having the same issue. How ever when I would sign on, there was a game trying to update, and it was stopping me from being able to appear even as a friend in my friends lists. So check your stirage and it might help.

Please change your password by visiting this page here, and then
visit this page here and Require Profiles to be downloaded. This will ask any console that has your profile on it to re-download the profile. Since the password has been
changed, no one except for you will be able to re-download the profile.

I can't do a full reset and risk by losing all my games and save data

also i try to install the game on my friend's console and it also stop but without giving any error just stop downloading
