    Try turning off Bluetooth on your mobile device. Logging out of youtube on your mobile device should also work. If needed you can always uninstall youtube from your xbox one or mobile phone.

    Have you tried to disable PlayTo on the settings?

    On the Home Screen go to Settings > Devices & Connections > Uncheck Enable PlayTo Streaming.

    What do you mean someone linked to your account?

    If the have access to log in with your account then change the password and that will stop them .

    If you mean the Home Xbox setting (which shouldn't be shared outside a household) then you can remove the device from
    account.microsoft.com/devices

    Select the xbox one that is marked as home and you can remove it.
