How to start a party with game bar

I don't get invite or notifcations from the xbox console companion app, so I have to use game bar to get invites but I can't see any easy way of inviting people to games / starting a normal party chat with game bar can anyone explain how it works?

I don't understand why microsoft have so many apps that don't work with each other if I'm in a party chat via game bar and invite someone via xbox app, it doesn't just invite them to the game bar party... I hate it.

It's not a party, can't invite any other people to it, it's literally a voice chat between two people. There isn't a way to start a normal party chat then invite multiple people.

Oh sorry I thought the Video explain everything. So I try to explain:

Via the MainBar you can open the Chat Screen (a pic with voice bubbles?)- at the Chat Screen you have to choose one of your friend - In the Top-Right-Corner is a Symbol with a Headset - You have to click this to start a Party!!

Hi again, as I know, yes it different to the console. As I know, you can choose in the ADD_Screen (you open it with the + sign) more than one Person - a Multipic (mixture of the different gamertag pics) is created for this Multi(Party)Chat! Everything you
now typing is sendet to all of them and if you now click the Headset Icon something at the console called PARTYCHAT is starting.
