    If you select your paypal/credit card for payment it should ask you if you want to use your remaining MS account balance... you could also just sign up for Bing Rewards for a week and get a $1.25 promo code from it which should cover the taxes.

    I see your GT as PrexZA. You can change your gamer tag once for free but before doing that maybe call support and see if they can change the capitalization of the one letter. Technically this isn't a name change, because looking up your profile as PrexzA
    still returns your account.
