how to solve error like this on forza horizon 4?

Thank you for posting in the Xbox Community. Based on the issue you posted, you are getting an application error. We need to further investigate what may have been causing this.



In the meantime, I'd like to ask you a few questions about the case.

• What is the current version and edition of your Windows OS?
  
• When are you getting this error?
  
• Upon starting the game? Or when playing the game?
  
• Did this work the first time you installed the game?
  

Here are methods we can try; please let me know if they help.

Run memory diagnostic

• Open RUN then type the command mdsched.exe
  

Increase your Virtual Memory

• Open Settings
  
• System
  
• About
  
• Under the About page
  
• Click Advanced system settings
  
• System Properties Should open
  
• Go to the Advanced tab
  
• Under Performance
  
• Click settings
  
• Click advanced tab
  
• Under Virtual Memory
  
• Click Change
  
• Unselect Automatically manage paging files size for all drives
  
• Choose custom size
  
• Specify the Initial and Maximum size (This depends on your total available memory)
  
  • Initial size - One and a half size of total available memory
    
  • Maximum size - Three time size of the total available memory
    
• Click Set
  
• Click OK, then OK
  
• Restart Device
  

Run System Scan

1. In Windows search bar, search for Command Prompt and Run as Administrator.
   
2. Copy the command below one line at a time and paste it on Command Prompt:
   
   [table][tr]

   DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

   [/tr][tr][td]

   DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

   [/td][/tr][tr][td]

   DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

   [/td][/tr][tr][td]

   SFC /scannow

   [/td][/tr][/table]

I reinstalled Forza Horizon 4 without any problems.Only Forza Horizon 5 will have an error.

Forza Horizon 4 without sound on game SOLVED.
