How to sign into Xbox?

Kindly try to perform a Reset by keeping my games and apps on your console and then try to sign in again to your account to check if you will encounter the same issue.

Resetting the console will remove all the accounts that are signed into your console, but your games, saved games, and apps will not be affected.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

3. Select Reset console.

4. Reset and keep my games & apps.

I have seen some people say that signing out of your profile and signing back in or trying a different profile might fix it.

I had this happen, and it was because I was trying to set up my xbox live account on my profile with an email address that was already a WLID (either a hotmail email, zune account, or something along those lines) Creating a new email address to use fixed
the problem for me.

I've the same Issue when trying to create a Profile to my brother from the Console to obtain the one Month Free Trial.

Any help would be appreciated

Go to social>sign in/out>download profile.
