How to sign into an account that's been hacked and all sign in info changed,

Have had this account for over 10 years, someone hacked it by actually impostimg micro soft support online, which I now realise doesn't exist.

I have bought a new xbox x and would like to access all of my content again as I said years worth.

Is there a way I can contact a real person about this? I can verify anything on the account, credit cards or whatever is needed.

Or do I have to give up on the $1000 I've spent on my account. It's really bad if there is no way to resolve this

How did you get hacked/prank and how recent is this? MS has been asking users upon signing into Xbox Live to update their security info. I find it strange that's all. =/

I went to log in tonight and it forced me to resign in with name and password. upon sign in I was notified I added and account to my account. . how do I know if I was Force Name changed, Is this a hack are they trying to get credit card info?

You can fill out the account recovery form as suggested. How do you know it's hacked and just not a forgotten password or sign in info ?

I'd suggest adding additional security information to your account if you believe you've been hacked and someone is attempting to use an alternative email address.
