How to sign in Xbox one

Hi Jayron, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

Here you go:

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​"

If the account is already added, simply click the profile icon and then press the "A" button to see the option to Sign in.

I have seen some people say that signing out of your profile and signing back in or trying a different profile might fix it.

Found a petition, sign it never know how this may work depending on how many people sign it

How do I sign out of Xbox live on Xbox One?

Is there any chance you're signed into the Xbox One at the same time as you're doing this?

If so, sign out of the Xbox One, then try booting up one of the games on Windows 10 and sign in with MSA1.
