How to sign in while playing Xbox 360 games in Xbox One without owning a previous Xbox 360?

No, I don't have an xbox 360. It seems there are a lot of people who have difficulty signing to Xbox Live while play an xbox 360 backward on xbox One, not just me. Now, I just give up playing Dead Space because I don't have the right to own the game anymore,

When using Live on backwards compatible games, there will actually be two instances of you signed in, one for Xbox One, and another for Xbox 360. This is how it's meant to work be design.

This is so while playing any Xbox game, be it Xbox One or Xbox 360, you can still receive messages and game invites and use all the other functions of the console. You can also use the same account on an Xbox One and an Xbox 360 at the same time. Again,
this is by design.

If BC titles were to be modified to act purely as Xbox One games, this would break the multiplayer element, and the ability to play with players that are still playing these older games on an Xbox 360.

Are you having disconnection issues using backwards compatibility on the Xbox One? Do you frequently disconnect while playing online with BC titles?

Yes, you can connect your old 360 without risking a ban (unless you modified your Xbox 360 violating the Terms of Use).

You can even use both consoles at the same time (unless you are playing a Backwards Compatible game on the Xbox One. This will sign your account off from the Xbox 360 as long as you're playing a 360 game on the One).

As for your daughter: Even if you can play on the One and the 360 at the same time, I recommend you create a separate profile for your daughter. That way she has their own progress and game achievements, and you as a parent can better control what she can
(or can not) do on Xbox Live.

The games that were on the previous console (which is no longer in your possession) are attached/associated to your Gamertag. The person who is the new owner will not be able to play the games.

The games which you install to your Xbox One will not be deleted from your Xbox 360. If the games are psychical copies, then you own those games and have no trouble redeeming to your Xbox One. The person who bought the Xbox 360 (or owns) will not be able
to play those games because they are associated to your Gamertag.
