To be clear, do you not remember the password, or do not have access to the console? The best way to change this is in the console settings because it is a security feature specific to the console that can be turned on or off.

If you want to log out of the Xbox app on your phone, I'm here to help!
Long press the Xbox application --> App data --> Delete your data (You might have to go into "Storage")

If nothing happens when long pressing the Xbox app, do this:
Settings app --> Apps --> Search for the Xbox app and do the steps mentioned above

If you maybe want to log out of your Xbox console with your phone, as far as I know, there is no way to do it.
