    My Xbox one S is broken. I placed order for the repair, waiting for confirmation email for instructions how to send it microsoft for last 3 days but didnt get any yet.

    Seeing as you tried everything on the support page and nothing helped.

    You will need to send it in for a repair. Not sure if the Original Xbox One will be abled to be repaired seeing as they discontinued the production of it.
    So getting an xbox one s or xbox one x would be the valued solution?

    If the original xbox one is discontinued does that mean sending it to Microsoft to repair it is not an option?

    How are you?

    If your console is the One S, One X, and Series S/X models you can send it for repair to Microsoft. If the console is out of warranty, a repair fee is required.

    Bad hard drive xbox one

    You would need to send it in for repair. Self repair is not allowed. Be aware though, if you have the original Xbox One, Microsoft do not support it any more, so would not repair it. Only the Xbox One S & Xbox One X are supported. If the console is out
    of warranty, then you will need to pay for the repair as well.
