How to send Xbox One console for refurbishment repairs?

Hello. I have 2 Xbox One S and 1 Xbox One original console that need repairs or disposal. Im looking to hopefully get repairs on the 2 Xbox One S, one has a HDMI cable that doesn't send signal from the console itself, just flickers. The other Xbox One S, I believe has a IOS issue? It slows down and stops for extended periods, sometimes not even starting again. The other Xbox One might as well be a paper weight... It was rained on accidently and I dried it out for 7 days. It doesn't even attempt to turn on. I have not given up hope yet. Im looking for a a way to send them in for repairs? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

    :)

How to send Xbox One console for refurbishment repairs?

Hello, how are you? My name is Mateus. I'm an Independent Advisor and I'll be glad to help you today.

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Microsoft itself offers repair service for consoles out of warranty, but each device will have its cost to be repaired. You may be checking this information and how to send it in for repair via the link below.

NOTE: Some consoles may not have parts to repair, so your original Xbox One console cannot be repaired, according to Microsoft's website only the Xbox One S could be repaired.

*Thank you in advance for contacting, I hope this can help you.

    XBOX One X repair/warranty

I mean if they fix my own Xbox by repair, but I understand that they will send a refurbished console. How long does it take for them to send you a new refurbished one?

Then, I can use the tracking.

Is there anyway I can try to contact them?

Xbox One Replacement - Is it really new?

    Hi there,

    -

whenever you send a console for repair, it is either repaired or replaced. When it is repaired you will receive your own console back. It is is replaced it can either be a refurbished one or a new one. If it is refurbished it is basically as new since any
damaged or broken parts will be replaced.
