How to self serve refund

I recently went to check out the self serve refund,but had a problem finding it. I later went to a support chat and they led me to the preview forums. Please help

Refund on downloaded game

Did you try the options of
Self Service Refunds? This allows you to return a digital game if you're returning it within 14 days of purchase and have not played it for more than 2 hours.

It involves going to account.microsoft.com, then go to your orders, and you should be able to see option for Refund, if that game is eligible for online refund. Else, have a chat with Xbox Support (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/),
and they are really helpful.

 

I was wondering about the new returning stuff

• Games and apps are eligible for self-service refunds within 14 days of purchase if you have less than 2 hours of play time across all accounts.
• DLC, season passes, and add-ons are not eligible for self-service refunds.
• The game or app must be downloaded and launched before requesting a self-service refund.
• You must wait for at least 1 day after the game or app's release before requesting a self-service refund.
• Certain Windows 10 apps may not be eligible for self-service refunds.
• Microsoft reserves the right to block access for users who abuse self-service refunds.

 

If the option is available, you would need to go to
http://commerce.microsoft.com and it should be listed next to the transaction in your order history. If the option is not available, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support
