How to see what uncompressed audio format Xbox One is sending to Receiver

After much reading and figuring out what the various Audio output options mean - I now understand that outputting 5.1 Uncompressed is best for my particular setup (5.1 + 2 front heights) in order to use PLIIz to matrix the front height speakers. However,
something that continues to bug me is the inability for me to see what the xbox is actually uncompressing. All my receiver can see is PCM - but I know it's actually DTS-MA or DD TrueHD, etc. Playstation 3 used to let me see what the output format was in a
display while watching the movie - is the equivalent available somehow in the Xbox One?

    :)

  2. Subwoofer only works for Blurays... not games or apps

I have My audio settings as

    HDMI audio: 7.1 uncompressed

    Optical audio: off

    Bitstream format is grayed out

On my receiver I show PCM unless watching a bluray

    My bluray settings are

Dolby digital dynamic range control auto and

    Let my receiver decode audio

That does not answer my question. I know where the audio options are, what they are, and what they mean. What I am saying is I want to see, somewhere, (since I cannot on the receiver when selecting 5.1 or 7.1 uncompressed), that i am indeed hearing DTS-HD
MA if that's what my source blueray is. The receiver will show only PCM - but there should be somewhere in the xbox user interface where it can tell me it's currently uncompressing DTS-HD MA (for example)

X Box One X Connected to 5.1 AV Receiver - Netflix Support

    Thank you for your replies.

    However my question is:

Netflix movies are encoded in Dolby Digital 5.1 audio.

If i select Bitstream out, Dolby Digital format in Xbox One X settings, will this pass the Netflix audio unchanged?

Or will it be decoded and re-encoded before sending via bitstream to AV receiver?

If this is the case it may be better to send audio uncompressed PCM 5.1, AV receiver can handle it.

I have asked three Microsoft support agents this question, none have bern able to answer it.
