How to see the Email an account is tied to

From the Home screen, sign in to your Xbox 360 console using your Xbox Gamertag that was previously downloaded to the console.

In the upper-right corner, your Microsoft account email address will appear in rotation with your Gamertag.

If you’ve disabled the display of Gamertag and Microsoft account info on your Home screen, you can still find it on the Settings screen:

Go to Settings and select Account.

Scroll right to Your Information and select Account Security.

The Microsoft account associated with your Xbox Gamertag is shown on the right side of the screen.

Remember that there is only one Xbox account, there is no one for Xbox 360 and one account for Xbox One.

Just log in with the email and password of the account you used on Xbox 360 on your Xbox One.

how did you change the email as the email address IS the microsoft account and everything purchased is tied to that microsoft account, you can only change a microsoft account email via alias creation.

Hey there,

Have you received an email from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team to your Microsoft Account that is tied to your Xbox Live account? Check your email to see if there's any further communication and let us know if you see an email from them.

Not sure how that can happen as a email account can only have 1 Xbox account tied to it, you can't create another account with an already used email account, you must have forgotten your details
