How to see languages supported by Xbox games in the Microsoft Store?

When you contact Xbox Support did they open a case for you and did they send you any follow up emails? They should have sent you a reference email after the contact. Check if you have those and see if they are in Dutch or your preferred language.

Also I suggest contacting the Microsoft Store Support since games bought on the Xbox go through the Microsoft Store app on the console and the confirmation emails of the purchases are sent by the Microsoft Store. Here is the link to Microsoft Store support:

Not all languages are available for all games in different regions as this depends from the decision of the game developer. Regardless of the store is upon you as customer to verify if a game its available in your language

In the store you should write the composition of the products on the product box ... There is little data in the description of the Microsoft store, sometimes there is not a word about language support ... There is a term quality control, the Microsoft
division should deal with these controls ..

How to change language in Microsoft Store:

1. Go to Settings, then ‘Time & language’.
2. Select ‘Region and language’ on the left navigation pane.
3. Under ‘Windows and apps might use your country or region to give you local content’ select your new region.

Check the settings option in the game to see if you can change the language.

there is no such setting in the options menu for Dishonored 2,

sadly a lot of microsoft store games dont let you switch the language.

we really need such a feature for all microsoft store games that have diffrent lanuages.
