How do I save my game in the game "Tell me why"

I am very confused I'm on the store part and I can't find out how to save the game, Somebody please tell me how, I'm also on a Windows 10 Just to let you know!

its telling me that all the save games associated with my profile are corrupt, but why is my account all of a sudden missing??

now it's Rise of Nightmares!! I'm logged in with my profile (offline) and it tells me that no profile is logged in so the game can't be saved!! I can't even continue my previous game! Please, please tell me how to fix this!

Thank you for the replies i am just about to format my hard drive, thanks for telling me how to redownload paid marketplace content vipersniper1984 and thanks to cryptic soldier for telling me how to back up my saved games.

Does it give me the option to copy the game? Or just move it? I'm sure I could find out upon hooking up an external HD.

Regarding games being saved to the cloud, can you tell me how I can access these saves or where I can see them? I'm really unfamiliar with the cloud, and how games are stored on there.
