    Hello! In the app for windows 10, Xbox accessories, there is no way to roll back the firmware of the connected gamepad. I recently updated the firmware of the gamepad and now in some games it does not work correctly, the pressed buttons register incorrect commands. Before the firmware update, the gamepad worked well. Please add a firmware rollback feature to the xbox accessories app for windows 10 users.

    I don't have a console to do a firmware rollback via the xbox assist. I only use Win10 PC in the xbox accessories app. There is no way to roll back the firmware in this application. I did everything according to the standard instructions for Win10 PC owners listed on the Microsoft website. But it describes actions that do not exist in the application.

    Where exactly can I report my issue? I have been poking around for a long time on various links and do not see where I can report a problem to Microsoft.

    Xbox Elite Controller (windows 10)

    It's probably because your gamepad firmware is 5.11 or newer. You can downgrade firmware of your gamepad on Windows. Use Win+R to open command line and type

    xboxaccessories:\\firmwareupdate?legacyDowngrade=true

    make sure your gamepad is connected via USB.

    Elite Controller 2 paddles not registering in app

    It's probably because your gamepad firmware is 5.11 or newer. Due to this, your Xbox gamepad is not recognized as Elite and so paddles are not working. This happens if you connect over bluetooth. Try using a cable and it should work.

    Alternatively, you can downgrade firmware of your gamepad on Windows. Use Win+R to open command line and type

    xboxaccessories:\\firmwareupdate?legacyDowngrade=true

    make sure your gamepad is connected via USB.
