How to return the money for a subscription Game Pass and cancel it?

refund request form available. If not, try these steps to connect to a live agent :

1. Contact us here
2. Select My Account
3. Say No thanks to the virtual agent
4. Select Error Messages and codes
5. Skip step 3 and go to step 4
6. Select request a callback or chat from support

Hi, I'd recommend going through all the steps in this guide (looks like you have tried some of these steps, but just in case there's something in here you haven't tried yet):

If the guide fails to resolve the issue, you'd need to contact Xbox Support directly- it looks like you have tried this and it hasn't worked so far. Try this: go to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us
and select "Billing," then decline the virtual agent, then select "Error messages and codes," then click on "Contact options." Hopefully you'll now have the option to chat with Xbox Support and/or request a call from Support.
