How to retrieve a redeemed game

I apologize but once a code has been redeemed, it can no longer be undone.

The redeemed code is linked to the Microsoft account where the code was redeemed, were you able to redeem the code under his account or your account?

Hey there,

It sounds like the code was for some in-game DLC, so it downloaded really quickly. Retrieve the card where the code was and scratch off more of the grey area; there should be a second code, and this one will be for the game. Redeem that code and Sunset Overdrive
should begin downloading.

I have a person that is trying to redeem his codes on his madden game in the amount of 5k tokens but once he got to a 1k he would was able to retrieve this token and when he pre ordered the game and was to supposed to receive a pre order token award...any
idea why he wouldn't be able to retrieve these tokens...he also was able to put in over the asked time on the game in order to receive these points...

have you guys gotten the upgrade hells retriever? Hells redeemer is pretty cool, too. Of course, I prefer the golden spork.
