    Hi, a few years ago my brother stopped playing on his xbox cause he got a new PC so his account was left aside, then i got xbox live so i had my own account so his hasn't been touched in a while and now we (me and my brother) want to get it back cause he
    can't sign back in on the 360 so that means he can' at all sign in on the xbox one cause he doesn't know his e-mail or password

    can anyone help?

    Factory Reset Error

    I have factory reset my X Box One S in error and want to restore my account, however, I am not sure what e-mail address and password I used. My profile and games are still showing, but I'm unable to play the games that I've purchased or retrieve my saves.

    Will someone advise me on how to restore my lost account?

    You'll need to reach out to the Microsoft Account team for assistance with not being able to get into the Microsoft Account e-mail. You can do so by visiting this page
    here.

    Alternatively, if you can't get that form to work properly, you can also reach them via a ticket form
