How to restore a deleted microsoft and xbox account?

i click on a link to a discord server and they ask me for my email so i put it in, the next day i wake up to see that my email has been deleted and i have been signed out of all microsoft apps. How can i fix this?

Helo Sina, by your description your account must have been hacked, because for an account to be deleted you need to request its closure, if you didn't do that it was probably hacked.
