How do you mean receive Xbox on windows 10 ?

Xbox is free on windows 10 with the Xbox App where you can stream your xbox to your windows 10 device and see you stats, achievements, friends and many other things

Other ways of using xbox on your windows 10 device is buy playing xbox anywhere games or xbox enabled games from the windows 10 store

To the best of my knowledge there is no way to delete you achivements. Xbox only resets the gamerscore for people who have modified their profile/game to attain content via an illegal method.

The only way i can think about starting anew, is to create a new account. This will give you a new profile, and a new image, but content from this account such as purchases, and in-game stats will not transfer over.
