How to reset pin without being on the outlook account.

The Pin on Console is a different one then the one on your Microsoft Account.

Unfortunately there is no way to do this without it deleting your outlook account if you go any further in the steps it will delete that outlook account and you will NEVER be able to get it back.

Maybe if I reset it completely it will work but I don't know how to do that without being able to access the settings menu. Does anyone know how to reset it without being able to click anything ?

yes that is possible, but it will require a few steps.

Because currenlty on the new outlook account there is due to the use via windows Phone a xbox live account present.

That will first need to be deleted before you will be able to move your current xbox live account to it.

This link will explain the steps on how to switch the Microsoft Account connected to a xbox live account.

The steps are:

1. download the xbox live account on the outlook account to the xbox console, see this link for the how to:

support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

2. wait 30 days. An account can only be moved to a different MS account when it has been on a console for at least 30 days without being downloaded

3. Move the xbox live account on the outlook account to a new (temporary) Microsoft account. This will free up the outlook account from any xbox live account. Be sure to turn the Phone off, because that could generate a new xbox live account again.

4.Move your currenlty xbox live account to the new outlook account.
