How to reset pass code and security question

Can any one explain how I'm supposed to reset my pass code for family settings and all that, since I've forgotten it. The security question I input is also wrong, so I can't bypass it like that. So actually I need to find out how to reset the security question
as well

in order to reset a family passcode you will need to contact Xbox Support, They will need the serial ID of the console and will do something on their end, after which they will guide you through the steps to reset it on your end.
