    How to reset family settings ??


    Hi,

    I have bought a used xbox device from ebay, and the seller does not remember the family pass code or even the answer for the security question.

    The device on the latest dashboard version: 2.0.17511.0

    So I need your help to reset the family pass code please.

    I did, then they told me to come to this website, which I did and signed up for but now am just stuck here. Called again and they gave me the same URL to visit...which is here.

    If you have a pass code on your Xbox 360, you'll need to reach out to Phone/Chat support for assistance. They'll be able to help get you squared away with the pass code. Keep us in the loop with how it goes How to reset family settings ?? :)
