    Hello, My Xbox 360. is asking me to type in a passcode. Ive never entered a family pascode before how do i reset it. ive tried to contact xbox online but it keeps asking me for an error code. There is no error code popping up. Also when i try to reset it
    it askes for a favorite food ive typed in all possible answer.

    The steps mentioned by the other people are to reset the family passcode.

    If it's an account, keep in mind that accounts may not be sold/purchased.
