How to resend shipping label

your junk or spam folders for the shipping label. If you still do not have the shipping label, you can request another one from the

How to contact the Xbox Support Team:

1. Click the support team link we provided
2. Select Contact Us
3. Select Account & profile in the first drop down box
4. Select I need a Microsoft account in the second drop down box
5. Select Next
6. Select Chat Online or Request a call

They should send you a prepaid label to ship it with. If you don't receive it, you'll want to contact support to have them resend it. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Thank you for the update. In this case, kindly try to reply to the email to reach out to the hardware team because us here does not have an option to resend the shipping label as well as instruction with the order.

Once you have successfully created order, it may take 24-48 hours for you to receive the shipping label. Kindly check your spam and junk mail as well.

Another workaround is resending the shipping label by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices.
