    How to request a repair for Xbox if you are in India?


    My Xbox (One S) just won't boot up. There'e no startup chime or light on the xbox button. I've tried every power troubleshooting guide without any success. It just stays dead.

    My product is still in warranty. If I try to request a repair, it takes in all the details, but as I proceed it says "The device you are trying to schedule a repair for isn't available. Please contact support for assistance."

    I've also tried using the 'Call back' option after chatting with the virtual agent, where it lets you talk to a person if the answers are unsatisfactory. Though the wait times show 1-3 minutes, it has been a couple of hours and I haven't got a call back
    since.

    I have already got my console replaced 3 months ago once due to some power issues with the previous one. At that time, i still wasn't able to request a repair myself but someone from the gamer community rerouted me to a support agent (online chat) and he
    did it for me. I've tried this one right now also but chat isn't available right now, the person I talked to told me.

    Please help. I need to get my console repaired and I don't know what to do.

    I'm from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. But I suppose the process is the same.

    Moreover, during the previous repair, the support agent able to schedule a pick-up to my location to the Delhi service center.

    No. None of the options are working, i.e I can't create a service order from my account by myself.

    And the contact us page even doesn't help as I am not getting any call back.
