how to report someone using several accounts?

1 person has been using (or making) several accounts to harrass me through xbox text chat messages. they have said vile things including but not limited to: the n word as well as loads many slurs and swear words, r*pe, and child ****. i report the message everytime and i assume each account recieves a communications ban (for how long i dont know) but that doesnt stop them from making a new account and sending more vile messages. is there a way to make a more formal report so this person cant just keeping making new accounts to harrass me with? there has to some kind of email or IP address ban. instagram has a feature where i can block an account and any other accounts they make. why isnt there a similar feature on xbox? no matter how many reports or blocks, they just make a new account. they have messaged me on 4 different accounts now. its getting ridiculous and im honestly disappointed. this cant be the first time some troll has used multiple accounts to harrass someone, so why isnt there some form of IP address ban?

Sorry to hear about the issue. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. I know how frustrating that must be. I would feel the same way if I were on your situation. No worries, the Xbox Enforcement team investigate any of our reports thoroughly and take necessary actions to stop it.

I suggest that you instead update your account privacy settings and set your communications to Friends only if possible so you won't receive messages from other people who are not your friends.

You would have to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him.

i watched a video about several months ago stating that there has to be several reports against a player, so convincing several players to report someone is not all that easy unless they witness what is going on, it is part of that VULCAN thing they devised

If you were banned after several infractions, this only proves that Xbox enforcement works and there is no way for us to know if punishments are applied or not to people we report.

I can only recommend that you avoid using offensive words, keep your sportsmanship and if you find someone toxic report and block the player.

hi , well, i'm not sure sure if that is the most appropriate way to report that kind of misbehaviour..? i just did it tho but the xbox live support guy encouraged me to put something in the forum.
