    I bought my Xbox last year in December
    by Game N1 city in Goodwood. I’ve been playing it all year so long but two weeks ago when I put it on the tv just went blank however there is still power on the box.

    If you check the dates December and its around that time again so
    I have about a month to have this fix your assistance will be appreciated.

    My xbox one s started doing something like this then had green flakes appearing eventually getting worse, it was a faulty graphics chip in my console :( i had to sent it to someone for this to be replaced as it was out of warranty too :(

    It does sound like the same kind of issue tbh :(

    Faulty Console Repair / Replacement.

    Customer services are truly useless from every experience i have had with them as they are not experienced or privy to all information needed with common issues and stick to a rigid dialogue set up it seems!!!. I had a dodgy kinect which it turns out
    wasnt dodgy but it was my xbox,i was talked into just sending the sensor off not the xbox also and when returned the issue was still there an my warranty run out at that time so wasnt able to get free repair. Not helpful at all.

    My Original Xbox One recently started shutting off at random times

    There could be a few situations.

    1. Faulty power strip. Plug your console into the wall instead.

    2. Damaged power supply. Replace it.

    3. Old hardware. I had and OG xbox one and gamed on it a LOT and started having problems with it so I had to replace it. I hear the xbox one S is a steal right now :)
