How To Repair My DS4Controller

Yesterday I tried Using scp toolkit for my ds3 Controler

And I forgot that My Ds4 usb Still conected and Im not event aware of that and i do a quick install everthing

And when after that happens my ds4 or "wireless controler" not detected on my games so what i do is going to control panel and do to "device and printers"

and when i click on my "Wireless controler" And Go to Game Controler setting The model Is gone, i almost panic and confuse at the same time and i accidently uninstall device it, and that make my wireless controler not detected as controller the catagory was "unknown" and stay still on Unspecifed until now

I don't know what i must do now

I hope someone can help me I will appreciate that

If it was only purchased a week ago, you should be able to just contact the retailer for an exchange.

My Xbox is out of warranty. How much would it be getting it repaired?

Email from support, new repair number and return label to send in my box for repair! Had fed ex package and ship it. Today is the 27th, let's see how long before repair is done, and what condition my Xbox is sent back in. Keeping my fingers crossed that
this issue is almost done.
