How to renew Premium Subscription?

I am also having the same issue, even though I have already renewed my premium subscription a couple of months ago.

Same problem here.

The subscription was renewed but the app doesn't recognize the premium status.

I have tried to reinstall the app, restarted the phone and updated the payment method of the subscription.

Nothing had helped so far.

My Premium upgrade was for 1 year, but ended 3 months early. I purchased it on March 13, 2015 and a message on December 22, 2015 said my subscription ended. Also there is no option to renew. I won't renew. Ever.

I have the same problem in the Windows 10 APP. I also play on my Android phone and LOVE the game on both platforms. After a couple of attempts at renewing my subscription on Windows 10, I was playing off my Android and was prompted to upgrade to Premium.
Since I had just tried to renew, I clicked to try and was able to get premium through my Goggle App Store - simple enough. But when I play on my laptop with Windows 10 I am NOT a premium member! How can this be if I am logged in through the same XBox account?
I have not been able to find any solution, and MS Games has yet to answer my e-mail.

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. As stated if the Auto-renewal has been left turned on then you will be billed as it will auto renew the subscription. Go ahead and click on the following link for help in turning off the auto renewal on the
