    How to Renew my game pass subscription if it won’t let me.


    So I recently missed my charge for Xbox game pass. I went to subscriptions in setting them Microsoft store to Renew it but when I tried to it said “Give it another try something went wrong” after that I closed out Microsoft store and tried again and got the same thing. I restarted my Xbox and still got the same thing. What do I do??

    Once the balance has been settled, the subscription will be unlocked and you will be able to use the features of the subscription.

    can’t see any outstanding payments but says a payment from May is pending, but says there is no outstanding and when I go to add my same card it says it’s not s recognized card when it’s the exact same details
