How to remove Xbox Live asking to connect at each account connexion when no internet connexion

Hi,

I'm giving away my old Xbox 360 to my 8 years old cousin who will not have internet, but each time I connect to the account I created for him, there is this annoying message asking you if you want to close your account and test your connexion, "Yes" being the
default answer.

Being a 100% sure that this will cause him to get lost in the Xbox Live settings when he just wants to play his game, I've been trying for the last hour to remove this message from constantly appearing at each connexion, without any success.

Is there any way to this?

Forced to reset internet box every session !

Hi everyone,

bought an Xbox one X on the very first day and have a wierd connexion problem...

i use an ethernet cable on it...

but the only way i can really connect in order to play is to reset multiple time my RedBox (SFR) AND the Xbox one X until it finally works -_- (and it can take up to 30mn or more! at 30mn i just quit...)

the wierd thing when i'm testing the internet connexion with the xbox one x ::

- connexion test :: OK !

- connexion multiplayer :: NO internet connexion ! (wtf?)

it seems that there isn't such a problem with my other consoles or PC...

Clearly i can't continue this way, could someone help me please ?

Is auto sign in turned on in the profile settings? If so disable it and that should solve your issue. That's what I did.

Sorry. I have just realised I have given the completely wrong answer. So disregard that. Lol. Try this instead. Try creating the account offline and not worry about any of the account info for live. . Hope that helps. Again sorry.
